They investigate a case of a killer who is obsessed with punishing sins. Meanwhile, Chloe takes out her frustrations on Dan, and Amenadiel,who is struggling with a loss of power, hides his worsening condition from Maze when she comes seeking his help.
In next episode, Lucifer Season 2 Episode 4, Chloe and Lucifer investigate when the bodies of two young L.A. transplants are found poisoned. Later, Upon Maze convincing Chloe to go out for drinks, which the detective perceives as an act of friendship, but is actually part of a bet between Maze and Lucifer, the two make a shocking decision.
